Namaste, (Hello)

As a Design Researcher and Strategist, I am passionate to work collaboratively with global organizations by implementing qualitative design research tools and methodologies for co-creating engaging products, services, and experiences.

By conducting extensive qualitative research, I love crafting insights that guide the design process and challenges my basic assumptions about a project. I have co-created with clients from industries like fashion, travel, transportation, healthcare, and fitness. Also, I always strive to extend my knowledge with socially focused organizations to achieve their desired goals and create socially equitable value.

My design career began as an Interior Architect from the Center for Environmental Planning and Technology (
CEPT) University, India. After a year of professional experience as an Interior Designer, I attended Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) University, where I was awarded the SCAD Honors Scholarship. I graduated with a dual Master of Arts in Industrial Design and Design Management. I was a member of the Design Research Club at SCAD. In collaboration with SCAD, I have worked with companies such as Fossil Group Inc. and Snap-on Tools in a leadership role to facilitate the design thinking process, create products and services.

I have expertise in qualitative research, design thinking, strategic design, storytelling, scenario planning, workshop design, facilitation, generating insights, ideas, and concepts, concept development, rapid prototyping, user testing, and systems thinking.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT

It uses design thinking tools and methods for discovering challenges, fostering evolution of ideas and generating innovative strategies to address a small-scale as well as larger problems at a social level.

DISCOVER
Discover phase includes secondary research data for understanding different definitions related to water: Water Source, Water Footprint, Water Stewardship, Water Steward, Current Trends, Georgia State Drought, Water Stewardship Act, and Impact - Time Graph.
EXAMINE
Examine phase includes closely understanding the Context of the Research and narrowing down the focus. Understanding various Water Sources, Drought History and framing the How Might We Question from the Secondary Data collection.
SOLIDIFY
Solidify phase is to lock down the issue and understand all the different Stakeholders, their involvement in water usage and how can Shared Value create a Shared Vision between all the Stakeholders.
After solidifying the Primary and Secondary Research, ideation phase includes creating the visual representation and delivering Framework models, Insight Mapping, Solution Pyramid, Partnership Plan, Concept Development of R.E.F Model, Stakeholders Toolkit, and 100-minute Stakeholders Inclusive Collaborative (S.I.C) Workshop Session.
IDEATE
GO
Go phase was not tested as this was an ethnography research-intensive project only.
NURTURE
Nurture phase was not tested as this was an ethnography
research-intensive project only.
