PROSTHETIC LEG

TOT

ABSTRACT
TOT is a prosthetic leg designed for 4 to 10-year-old children with transtibial amputations. The goal of the project is to direct them to have a positive experience with their prosthetic by implementing innovative materials and finishes.

TOT has multilayer shells with integrated expansion joint that will resolve the issue of actual replacement of the prostheses. This will provide an easy adaptability for children and offer customization at an affordable price.
MY ROLE

TOT is designed in 5 weeks. My role was to conduct in-person interviews, generate insights and define five design criteria. The final design was visualised in SolidWorks and KeyShotvisualized
